Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic medicine is a science and art in the objective analysis and management of disease through supporting the ability of the body to heal as part of nature. Following a system approach naturopathic practice aims to integrate the physical, emotional, environmental, financial and familial aspects of health into the whole in understanding the possible drivers of disease and provide sustainable and integrative health solutions. Specifically I work to improve patient centred outcomes during first line treatment and support quality of life outcomes.
My approach to naturopathic medicine is primarily focused in patient centred care, providing you with the appropriate evidence based support to achieve your goals. I work as part of your health team to provide effective and efficient outcomes using both contemporary and traditional evidence based medicine.
Consults
Consults involve detailed case taking, medical history and clinical assessment to assess current markers and move forward with a comprehensive treatment plan.
Initial consults are timed at 1 hour to understand where you are and provide a space to share. Repeats consults are 30 minutes to ensure ongoing support. The recommended schedule for repeat consults is dependent on the presentation.
Consults are also available out of work hours.

About Me
I am a Bachelor of Health Science qualified Naturopath and active in complementary medicine research. I have a clinical interest in integrative cancer care and the environmental drivers of health with the aim of creating sustainable health outcomes.

Research
My research focus has been on medicinal cannabis use in oncology, and specifically the dose and administration of medicinal cannabis in cancer populations. I have also been involved in rapid review publications on naturopathic medicine in response to COVID-19 and continue to be research active in the naturopathic profession.
